In history, set "Keep a list of all pages visited..." option to 0 (zero) days.

I think that it's not to easy to convert a standard K-Meleon 1.5 in portable. I followed all steps you have said but two folders are created in C: within the documents and setting folder\user(...) in two different locations. Jujuland version creates no folders in C:, always using the program from a USB unit.[/quote]
