for spanish speaking people, as long as the meaning
is clear.
Most features are the same as in KM 0.9.12,
except ActiveXSupport and XUL pages for permissions,
that are not included.
Tabs are not offered in the menus, although they have a
Preferences Page in the Panel. Don't make any changes
there. Here Layers are to be used.
I hope to be useful to demand offering this version.
