This is another evidence that you are using old 1.5.4 profile with Twin, not its own new one. 
The Twin-Tune and Twin-Setup macros are placed in every new Twin profile when it's created.

If you don't have these menu items - then it means you haven't created new Twin profile.

Reunpack KM Twin in new folder; run it for the first time -> new profile will be created in K-meleon Twin+\Profiles. Close Twin.

Than go to the old profile's folder and copy all the content from there to the new Twin profile overwriting existing files.

Also copy [b]skins[/b] folder from old installation to the new one - [b][color=#006600]with overwrite[/color][/b]
Also copy [b]macros[/b] folder [b][color=#CC0000]WITHOUT OVERWRITING[/color][/b] - e.g. copy only files that are not present in Twin macros folder.
The same way copy [b]chrome[/b] folder - [color=#CC0000][b]WITHOUT OVERWRITING[/b][/color].

[b]tools[/b]; [b]dictionaries[/b]; [b]kmextensions[/b]

But then, would I not lose all my settings that I'd synched over from 1.54? And if so, does it mean that I therefore have to choose between Tune and my settings?

I already have the chrome button in Twin by the way and managed to install it okay. At least, I think I did. I haven't tried it a site yet. It's just Tune that seems to be missing as it looks like I have all the other new options.[/quote]
