I need help.[/quote] Although the toolbars.cfg file in my installation shows a notepad icon, when I attempted to open it I had to choose which program to open it with. Among the program option I selected Notepad and selected "Always use the selected program to open this king of file". After this the toolbars.cfg file always opens from Edit>Configuration>Toolbars. I do not recall if I had to restart the browser.[/quote]
