Next, delete this registry entry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia\FlashPlayer\SafeVersions If that still won't work, delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Macromedia This would be a better option because it will remove the last installation version keys.
