Source Forge does not provide K-Meleon.rar. Tell us where You downloaded it.
BTW. False positives have been detected in these two files before. 
So a false positive is a possibility also.

K-Meleon 1.16 is ancient.

You will find a new [url=http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/forum/read.php?2,120143,120281#msg-120281]Chinese Locale Translation for K-Meleon 1.6.beta2 by Chanson Yu in this thread[/url].

It can be used to [url=http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net/download.php?switchlang=en]localize the newest 1.6.beta2 developer version found here[/url]. That version is stable.

The thread also includes a link to a incomplete but possibly usable K-Meleon 1.5 Chinese translation/locales by Hao Jiang.

Dorian Boissonnade does not have time to develop K-Meleon since more than a year.

Currently K-Meleon is orphaned. There are no active developers.
