That type application is supported by Windows only development tools. Not by Linux tools. No, nobody will consider a native Linux version. Apart for the reasons alain mentioned. K-Meleon project is about a browser shell for the Mozilla Gecko HTML rendering engine - not about about extending Microsoft's propriety development tools to create a Linux native MFC application.
