Period.I even explained thourally exactly what the problemwas,then I even took the advice offered,(as in up-grading the flash),did it,gave you a play by play as to how I performed that install,and.......
I was told I(and I quote) "....give up to easy..."
Sorry,please dont taketis as a personal attack,as it is defenatly not.Im just wanting *you* to clarify wat exactly it is you needfor additionalinfo,like,perhap's,try a list of some sort,ie;
1.what version of browser
2.what O/S
3.problem encounterd
4.steps youve taken to resove
6.the out-come' after the steps  performed
...ect ect ect.
