All your links are working properly (some links on adthenet require vShare-plugin that is not available for KM but pure flashvideo links work well).

You need to update flash plugin (may be [url=http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_plugin_32bit.exe]this link[/url] would be useful?) and try again.

And more, I haven't any file in [b]K-Meleon/plugins[/b] folder but I can watch all flash as player is installed in my system and KM (any from my signature) recognizes and uses it. 
So you can try to install [url=http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/11/flashplayer_11_sa_32bit.exe]standalone FlashPlayer[/url] and have fun.
