I assume that You get the error  'MOZCRT19.DLL is missing' also when it is broken.
That is rare but such things can happen both with Firefox and K-Meleon.

No that is unlikely.

p.s. 'MOZCRT19.DLL' = Mozilla Custom C++ Runtime. All GRE (those build for Firefox also :) ) that are build with the build parameter: "ac_add_options --enable-jemalloc" have this custom runtime.

Any exe or dll that that is compiled with reference to that runtime needs it.
