I have no idea where they keep the pre-sources.
Sources 1.9.1.20 may follow later?

xulrunner with 1.9.1.19:

FireFox with 1.9.1.19 got kicked from the server.

K-Meleon1.7.exe starts up in 1.6 directory with working history.
K-Meleon1.7.exe  can't load old Sessions from 1.6.
