The difference between 'false' and 'true' is, that 5 of the 6 commands open either in the current tab or in a new tab. The plugins page opens either in a new window or a new tab. The about page opens either in a confusing menu-less new window or as normal page in a new tab.

Now if only the error console could become 'normal' again too, when opening it in a link or as my 'home page', instead of resizing the window incl. all tabs to some tiny fixed size, which isn't even my "last used" size...
