Some of KM extensions get outdated. One such a tool was Flash Video Downloader which brings me now to the service page but refuses to give me needed video links for download.

So I have tweaked that macro a little in order to work with another good video saver - KeepVid.com.

All the code remains the same (written by Matt (c) and the only change is the working service link.

But it really works now!

COOKIES, IMAGES, JAVASCRIPT, POPUPS, CACHE, CLEAR COOKIES, CLEAR ALL, KILL FLASH, USER AGENT.

Have you tried KM Performancing extension, this beautiful blog editor adapted for KM?

Have you noticed some lack of functionality, which was present in FF version of ScribeFire (which KM Performancing is based on)?

Now I've created new KM addon from the ScribeFire Next - new generation of this blog editor. It was fully rewritten and now almost all needed features are available in KM - like in latest FFs.

Try it to edit and update your blogs on different popular engines.

Unpack scribefirenext.7z into your KM folder and enjoy new Menu Item in Tools->Blog Services.

Just select 16 or 24 version (according to your taste and habits), download and unpack into KM folder.

Then restart.

I've done a very short extension for Firefox. I've realized that it was easily updated for working with SeaMonkey, and nothing was necessary to be done to have it works with Waterfox and Pale moon.

How can I know if it could be made to work also with k-meleon?

It assumes that you have Privoxy tool unpacked into 'K-Meleon Root'\tools\privoxy folder and the appropriate proxy (127.0.0.1:8118) added by the standard K-Meleon menu.

Just unpack the rar-archive into KM folder (NOTE!!! bmp-files from skins folder need to be placed into YOUR currently used skin) and restart KM.

on K-Melon..

However, each time I click the "download"

I LOVE tab mix plus on my FF browser...
am not willing to use any other browser if
I cannot have verticle tabs.. (22" and 24"
screens give loads of room)

1 - you can download the program from its location http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com.

2-When setup ending you Must kill idm with Task manger & Delet those files:

IDMIntegrator64.exe
idmtdi.cat
idmwfp.cat
idmtdi.inf
idmwfp.inf
because they take alot of resources , while montering files.

3- after setup you will find idmmzcc.xpi inside the program folder,its the extension for firfox, and you can open it with WinRaR and extract its contents to KM folder.

4- Download the extension oGet from http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/oGet2.7z.

5-instel oget & restart KM,then go to the Tools menu and chose downlaod manger, and that all you need .

Then , you can download any file or a video clip

I added a few extensions using KEM, and later uninstalled them, also using KEM. However, I noticed after uninstalling, the menu items still appeared for the extensions, though they were non-functional.

I then discovered that the extensions were still present in the macros screen where you enable/disable macros. Disabling the macros for those extensions removed the menu items, but now I'm wondering how to remove the extensions from the macros screen, so they're no longer shown as being available to enable? There must be some configuration file somewhere that determines which macros are available to enable/disable.

I have opened the "keith.au3" file in NoteTab, but have no idea how to integrate it with K-Melon. There is no "Extension Manager" anywhere on my menu options - especially not on Tools.

I thought I'd switch to K-Melon from FF because FF has gotten so slow and memory-intensive (process requiring 1.6 GB within 5 minutes with only 3 tabs open and only a necessity of FF addons). It crashes 5-6 times a day w/no error message - just disappears. I like the FF addons and despise IE.

Unfortunately, it seems FF has a lot of geeks sitting around with nothing to do to establish their necessity, so they keep adding to FF whatever comes to their mind, whether it's needed or not, and as a result FF has deteriorated into a disaster over the many years I've used it. It had been my favorite since one of its earliest versions. No more! Sorry, FF - I didn't abandon you, you abandoned the user.

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium on a dual-core desktop Compaq with 3Gb RAM and about 4 terrabytes of storage.

I've not gone through all 3,000+ posts in this section because it would take forever - since search found nothing.

Can anyone put together a simple tutorial or instructions on how to integrate these extensions into K-Meleon. My inability do that (at this point) would be a deal-breaker and I would have to keep searching for a browser that will work.

But it couldn't play any local music files from mediabar, the kmampa.exe is running in the background but no sound! While the streams just like BBC could play well!

And when I start the kmampa.exe manually from the \K-Meleon\tools\mediabar\kmampa after close the K-Meleon,I could play the local music files with the Winamp!

Do you have this problem with mediabar? What should I do?

I installed GUL Integrated to simplify my nookmarking experience in K-Meleon but I don't know how to launch GUL Integrated from K-Meleon browser. There's no icon and I looked under all menus but I don't see an option to launch GUL Integrated. Does anyone know how to correct this?
