K-Meleon

Documentation - Reference - Command-Line Options

K-Meleon supports a number of command-line options. To start the browser with a command-line option, enter the following:
"C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\k-meleon.exe" (your command line option).

Option Parameter Description
Open to a specific URL A URL
[for example: "C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\k-meleon.exe" www.yahoo.com]
Opens K-Meleon to the URL listed instead of the browser specified home page. In the example given, when the browser is started, it will open to Yahoo!
Open with a specific Profile -P profile name
[For example: "C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\k-meleon.exe" -P Fred]
Opens K-Meleon to the profile specified where profile name is the name of any existing profile that you have. In the example given, K-Meleon will launch using the profile for Fred.
Open with the Most Recently Used Profile -P mostrecent
[For example: "C:\Program Files\K-Meleon\k-meleon.exe" -P mostrecent]
Opens K-Meleon to the most recently used Profile.
