With build 844 on win98SE.
Add this to your prefs.js:
 user_pref("network.cookie.warnAboutCookies", true);

Then, when KM asks for a confirmation, the window is out of sight. You know it is opened because you see a new KM task in the task bar.

If you enable "allow all windows to resize" you can force (maybe not always) the confirmation window to display at (0,0). But you only see the title bar. You've to resize it to view the content.

Problem similar to bug 550.

I saw this bug in build 844 on Win98SE, as well. However, it appears that it has been fixed in 0.8.1.
