Summary: Remove unnecessary "URL:" from the URL bar

The "URL:" text isn't needed on the URL bar since it's obvious what the URL bar is for and removing it makes the URL bar a little longer. Currently the only way to do this is to patch k-meleon.exe.

I believe that there is a preference that allows you to edit this text. Ulf can verify that.

I know there are similar prefs for the layers text but the "URL:" seems to be hard-coded in based on the source code in BrowserFrm.cpp:
//Add the UrlBar and Throbber windows to the rebar
m_wndReBar.AddBar(&m_wndUrlBar, "URL:");

The current URL bar is about to be moved into a plugin instead (when/If we find someone to do it..). After that this kind of requests can be looked at.

Shouldn't the URL bar in the browser by default considering it's unusable without it ? At the very least what's there now should remain regardless of whether a plugin is loaded.

I have added a new silly preference for this since it is handy with a visible name by default. It makes people speak the same language.

And, yes, you can use a browser without a URL-bar.
