User-agent: K-Meleon/1.6.0
if an existing(registered) chrome is edited or modified, k-meleon fails to update and keeps using old unedited code unless a new profile is created.
this bug exists in beta version only.
1.6 alphas update registered chromes normally. 1.5.x and 1.1.x are also unaffected.
how to reproduce:
first install this extension (meebo chrome)
http://kmext.sourceforge.net/extensions/meeboconnect.7z
open the xul from tools>web services>meebo connect to launch it for the first time.
install this update test on top
http://kmext.sourceforge.net/tests/meeboconnect-chromeupdatetest.7z
the update modifies the xul with bigger window size and title change.
open the chrome again from same menu
tools>web services>meebo connect
the old window size and title will be displayed and changes will have no affect.
