If one clicks on a toolbar button to open a menu (think "Privacy" or "Toolbars" kind), there are either no checkmarks at all, or they don't show the current state, instead the old state from when that menu was opened through another way.
Goes for both ways of creating menu-buttons, via "rebarmenu" in toolbar.cfg or via macro-created buttons (pluginmsg(toolbars,"AddButton",...rebarmenu...)

I can confirmed this rebarmenu() bug; rebarmenu checked items not refresh his status until that you show the menu by the normal menu (this is showed with checked status corrected). After you can see rebarmenu checked status corrected.
