activating the pref:
browser.tabs.closeButtons

triggers a km crash on some systems

first discovered by jamesd and confirmed by alex tartar, it appears to happen on some xp systems.. other systems may also suffer but it has not been confirmed on win9x, 2k or vista

it's also unknown whether other 1.5 versions(1.5.1, 1.5.2 ) can trigger that crash.

To resolve this error when you first start your browser to enable the option "Show close buttons on tabs". The browser will work fine. Obviously, there was some conflict with the settings of other extensions or options on by default.

The problem item is 'Display website icons'. It must be checked for the x on tabs to work.
