This plugin command for macros not work to add a new button to existed (default) toolbar:
  pluginmsg(toolbars, "AddButton", "<ToolbarName>, <ButtonName>, <Command>, <MenuName>, <TooltipText>, <ButtonWidth>, <ButtonHeight>, hot.bmp[0], cold.bmp[0], dead.bmp[0]","");

When you try it K-Meleon takes 100% of CPU and not show the K-Meleon window. K-Meleon stays in loop.

With new toolbars definitions not problem.
